MYTHIC TREASURES EVENT PARTICIPATION INFO

Monthly Faires Info

 

In the past Mythic Treasures held monthly faires that were free to vendors and readers. It was also free to the public.  This was done to give local practitioners and vendors the opportunity to connect with the community.  We haven’t been able to hold the faires since we moved out of Village Gate.  Our new store in Henrietta is large enough to hold smaller faires so we decided to start them up again.  We have space for 17-19 vendors and readers.  There are many people interested so we will be rotating through the list of those that signed up to give everyone a chance.  The faire is currently held once a month on every second Saturday.  There may be changes to the date down the road and there is also the possibility that we may do additional specialized faires. The hours are 1pm to 7 pm. We provide tables and chairs.  Most of the tables are 6’ or card table size.  You are free to bring your own if desired.  If you need special accomodations please let us know!


 

How to sign up:

Email MythicTreasuresEvents@gmail.com and ask to be put on the list for the faires. 

Include: Your name, business name if applicable, email address (required), phone, and a short description of what services you provide. such as oracle reader, sells stone jewelry, sells body products, tarot reader, numerology readings, etc.  I will place you on the list and email you back to confirm. I will be doing all communication via email.


Fees: We do not set your fees. It is hoped that since this is a free event that you will keep your fees reasonable.  

 

Rules: You must stay for the full duration of the faire. (excluding emergencies) We expect all participants to behave in a professional manner and not cause any disruptions, inappropriate displays, excess use of foul language, etc. We expect you to be civil and non-judgemental.  Failure to do so could result in you being removed from the list for future events.  Problems with customers should be referred to the store manager if you are unable to handle them.   You will be required to sign a form that you agree to these rules and understand that you are responsible for the sales reporting and tax collection.  Payments for services or products are your responsibility.  Mythic Treasures will not take credit cards for you. You may bring your own table covers and displays.  We highly suggest signage.  We will be assigning all the table locations.  

 

Notification of Faire availability:  At the end of each month we will check availability by first emailing those who did not attend a recent, past faire. They will have 5 days to respond. After that we will email others for availability depending on the last date of the faire they attended.  Please confirm your interest one way or another.  If for any reason you can’t attend or need to reschedule let us know via email.  Vendors who do not respond one way or the other may get removed from the list.


Social Media:  We post the faire on our Website, Facebook, Instagram, Google, Linked In, & Pinterest.  If you make a post for your Facebook page about the faire and would like us to share just let us know.

Pop Up Shop Info

We offer local vendors and healers the opporunity to sell their metaphysical products/services at a free pop up shop that is located in the front of our store in Henrietta.  (if yoou need the healing room see below)

 

At present there are no openings for Tarot Readers to do a pop up shop.  If you provide another type of reading send me an email (MythicTreasuresEvents@gmail.com) or call to see if we can accomodate you.  We do however have a space where you can provide readings for clients you have appointments with. There is a $5 fee per reading.  

To reserve a pop up shop go to our website MythicTreasures.com and click on the event tab.  Check the calendar for the date you would like.  Popup shops are available every day we are open, except for Faire day (the second Saturday).  We have 4 popup shop tables (6 foot) available. Find a date that you would like to set up and email mythictreasuresevents@gmail.com with the request or you can click on the submit an event button on the website and fill in the required info.  Make sure that your email is included and a description of what you will sell or what services you will provide.  I will send you a confirming email or let you know if there is a problem.

You may bring your own table covers and displays.  We highly suggest signage.  We will be assigning all the table locations.  You must show up for the date and hours selected or let us know ahead of time of any changes. (emergencies excluded) We expect vendors to act professionally, and not to be disruptive. Failure to do so can result in pop up shops no longer being available to you.

Social Media:  We post the popups on our Website.  If you make a post for your Facebook page about the pop-up (if possible) email it to us and we will share it.  If you have an image of your products you would like us to use on our website, email us the image.  Square images work best.


Healing Room Rental
 

There is a healing room available for rent, which includes a massage table. You must bring your own linens. Email Mythictreasuresevents@gmail.com for availability. There is a $5 fee for each healing.  If you would like to see the room stop in and we will show it to you.

Social Media:  We post the Healing Appointments on our Website.  They are listed as private events but if you have an image that you would want us to use (if possible) email it to us.


Classroom/Workshops
 

There is a large classroom that can hold about 40 people for classrooms, meetups and/or workshops. There is also a smaller room available in the back.  To see if we can accomodate you please Email Mythictreasuresevents@gmail.com or call the store. Tell us what you would need to do in the room and what dates you are looking to schedule it for. You can check the Mythic Treasures website events tab for possible date availability or store to check it out. Table and chairs are available. If it is a free event there is no charge. If you charge a fee there is a one fee of $10 for the class.  If you would like to see the event area, stop in and ask the cashier to show it to you.
